The Prosecution said they would appeal because he often resides in Serbia, so there is a danger he might flee.
He is suspected of killing a Bosniak boy after the fall of Srebrenica, said the Prosecution.
The Bosnian court on Wednesday, September 17 rejected a proposal to order Boskovic into custody, and instead ordered prohibiting measures, such as a ban on travelling and meeting witnesses and periodical police visits.
